A mall, hotel or tower car park is not just a paint job — it is a waterproof deck. Get the system wrong and you have leaking concrete, debonding lines and a complaint file. We install UV-stable PU and PMMA waterproof deck systems with full crack-bridging and elastomeric layers.

Common questions

Will the deck waterproof the floor below?

Yes — when installed as a full system with elastomeric crack-bridging layer (OS-11 / OS-13 grade in DIN 1045 terms). We seal joints, drains and upstands with cove fillets, and pressure-test where the client requires it.

How long does a deck coating last in Dubai sun?

Aliphatic UV-stable top-coats last 5–8 years before a refresh; the elastomeric membrane below typically 12–15 years. We offer a refresh-only programme to extend deck life without strip-out.

Can you work overnight at a live mall car park?

Yes — we routinely run night-shift pours zone-by-zone, with cure-rate engineered to allow vehicles back by morning. Fast-cure PMMA available for 4-hour return.

What's the difference between PU and PMMA deck?

PMMA (methyl methacrylate) is much faster-curing — bays back in service in 2–4 hours — but slightly more expensive. PU is cheaper and tougher but needs 12–24 hours cure. Most Gulf malls choose PU; airports and hospitals choose PMMA.
