How long does an automotive workshop floor last?

Properly prepped and topcoated: 8–12 years in a busy dealer service bay. The wear point is the tyre-rolling line in front of the lift — we top-coat refresh that strip every 4–5 years.

Will it stand up to dropped tools and brake-fluid spills?

Yes — 3 mm chemical-resistant epoxy is rated for daily oil, brake fluid, glycol and most workshop chemicals. Brake-fluid is the worst offender and we use a chemical-resistant primer underneath.

Can you do the showroom and service bay at the same time?

Yes — same project team, two specs. Showroom poured first (cleaner), then service bay over a weekend. Lift pits and drains masked & coated in the right order.
