Can you re-floor a live operating warehouse?

Yes — that's our specialty. We phase 5,000–8,000 sqm per weekend, hand it back to operations Monday morning, and move to the next zone. Recent project: 18,000 sqm Doha South 3PL re-floored in four weekends, zero pick-rate impact.

Will the floor handle a 7-tonne hard-wheel reach truck?

Yes — we specify 4 mm self-level on a shot-blasted CSP-3 substrate for that load class. For very heavy axle (lithium VNA truck, 12+ tonnes), we move to a 6 mm screed.

What about racking leg points?

We add stainless leg-base plates plus a 1.5 mm chemical-resistant primer ring around each leg. Pallet impact is unavoidable so we ensure the system can absorb it.
